The Seasonal Entertainment Arts Recreation Space (SEARS) Winter Market, held in the former Sears building in Downtown Columbus, is a program of the Office of Downtown Development (ODD). This project also supports the goals of the City of Columbus Downtown 2030 Plan, reinforcing a more vibrant, connected, and people-centered downtown.
